目前国内尚未见到使用炭黑的橡胶制品工人“Ⅰ～Ⅲ”期炭黑尘肺的报导。最近我们对贵州轮胎厂的作业工人调查,发现炭黑尘肺“Ⅰ～Ⅲ”期共17例,检出率为20.4％,报导如下: 对象与方法该厂接触炭黑作业的车间有炭黑、密炼—密炼二车间。共计作业工83人,均男性;年龄21～60岁,平均年龄36.5岁;工龄3～28年,平均工龄12.7年;炭黑尘肺“Ⅰ”期最短发病工龄9年,最长发病工龄28年,平均19年。调查项目有生产环境呼吸带空气中粉尘情况、
