按双列杂交Griffing II估算了7个糯玉米自交系及21个组合叶夹角性状的配合力,并对玉米叶夹角遗传特性进行分析。结果表明:7个自交系叶夹角性状的GCA值大小顺序为N22>N8>N28>N7>N23>N27>N4,N27的GCA值表现为较大的负效应,其特殊配合力遗传方差较小,说明N27可作为培育叶夹角较小、株型紧凑的优良组合的理想亲本。糯玉米叶夹角性状的遗传符合“加性-显性-上位性”模型,叶夹角性状的增效受隐性基因控制,叶夹角性状的广义遗传率较低,为68.50%,狭义遗传率较高,为72.62%,在育种实践中,宜早代选择。
The combining ability of the angle characters of seven waxy maize inbred lines and 21 combinations was estimated by the double-row crosses Griffing II, and the genetic characteristics of corn-leaf angle were analyzed.
