“夏北浩检查法”飞行机务维护工作是飞行事业的重要保障。世界各国的飞行机务维护工作都有着各自的不同特点。在我国空军部队里,只要一提起飞行机务维护,人们就会想起一个熟悉的“夏北浩检查法”。这套检查法为我国空军机务维护工作做出了重要贡献。夏北浩曾是我国空军机务战线的一面旗帜。由于其在机务维护工作方面的卓越表现,1964年空军党委授予他“机械师尖兵”荣誉称号,将其树立为空军机务人员的楷模。夏北浩对机务工作最杰出的贡献是创立了以“三个负责、三想、四到、四个一样、两化、三要”为主要内容的“夏北浩检查法”。这套检查法是当时先进思想、优良作风、过
