E512收割机的水泵一旦损坏很难修理,因水泵叶轮、连接皮带轮全是用过盈配合固定的,不用键连接,很难拆卸。我们场的一台E512收割机水泵坏了,一时又搞不到配件,我们利用原泵的壳体自制了一台水泵,见图。使用该机收割小麦2千余亩,效果良好。具体改制的方法如下: 1.水泵壳体的改制。在原泵壳溢水孔处的内圆面上,车一R6的集水槽,以收集从水封渗漏的水经溢水孑L立即排出泵体外,防止进入轴承。在轴承体的内腔外端车一挡圉槽,装一挡圈,阻止轴承外移。 2.在原泵装水封处装一骨架自紧油封(35×58×12),代替原水封。 3.原泵叶轮已坏,用钢板重焊一个,而且将其轮毂加长了70毫米,以便装骨架油封用。 4.原泵轴为φ25毫米光轴,改制的水泵轴如图。轴同叶轮过渡配合用销连接,轴同法兰盘过渡配合用
