国际旅行卫生保健中心的主要工作是为出入境人员提供国际旅行卫生保健服务,严把国门,防止疾病的传入传出。其区别于社会上体检机构,也区别于行政执法部门,其质量特性体现在把关和服务两个方面。为此,结合ISO9000标准,对把关工作的授权执法性、依法规范性,服务工作的无形性、同一性、差异性、不可储存性等质量特性进行研究分析。指出保健中心质量特性三个基本层次的内涵,实现途径;提出国家质检总局和保健中心两个层面的建议。旨在找准国际旅行卫生保健中心工作质量改进的突破口,不断地提高保健中心把关、服务的能力和水平。
The main task of the international travel health care center is to provide international travelers health care services for immigrants and to strictly control the disease so as to prevent the spread of diseases. It is different from the social examination institutions, but also different from the administrative law enforcement departments, its quality characteristics in the two aspects of customs clearance and service. To this end, combined with ISO9000 standards, the work of the customs clearance of the authorized law enforcement, legal normative, service work of intangibles, identity, diversity, non-storable quality characteristics of research and analysis. Point out the connotation and the way of realizing the three basic levels of the quality characteristics of the health care center; put forward the two levels of advice from the AQSIQ and the health center. Aims to find a breakthrough in improving the quality of work of international travel health centers and continually improve the ability and level of check-in and service of health centers.
