目的探讨并尝试进行选择性乳腺癌保乳治疗的可行性。方法2005年1月至2007年11月,我院外科选择了对10例乳腺癌的患者实施了保乳手术,术后进行了放射性治疗和辅助化疗,激素受体阳性的患者化疗结束后进行了内分泌治疗。结果手术顺利,术后恢复良好,近期效果较满意。结论选择性保乳手术可以取得与改良根治术同样的治疗效果,可拥有较好的外形,改善了患者的精神状况,很大的提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore and try to breast-conserving selective breast cancer feasibility. Methods From January 2005 to November 2007, 10 patients with breast cancer underwent breast-conserving surgery in our hospital. Radiotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy were performed after surgery. Hormone receptor-positive patients were treated with chemotherapy after the end of chemotherapy Endocrine therapy. Results The operation was successful and the postoperative recovery was satisfactory. The recent results were satisfactory. Conclusion The selective breast-conserving surgery can achieve the same therapeutic effect as the modified radical mastectomy, which can have a better appearance, improve the mental state of the patient and greatly improve the quality of life of the patient.
