特发性甲状旁腺功能减退症继发白内障(IHPC)在国内外文献中报导很少。该病是手足搐搦性白内障的一种类型。后者又称为低钙性白内障。以往国内关于搐搦性白内障报导,绝大多数并有骨软化症。而真正的IHPC却很少。现将我科诊治的一例IHPC报告如下。女患者,31岁。近5年视物模糊不清,近二月来视力迅速下降,在当地及本厂医院分别诊断为“视神经乳头炎”及“视网膜脉络膜炎”,“屈光不正”。经用可的松类药物治疗无好转,于1987年11月到我科就诊。病史:患“甲状旁腺功能
Idiopathic hypoparathyroidism secondary cataract (IHPC) reported in the literature at home and abroad rarely. The disease is a type of tetany with cataract.
