伴随着世界经济一体化进程的不断加快,在经济和技术不断得到交流与合作的情况下,各国的经济发展速度不断加快。我国在积极参与到世界这一大的经济市场的竞争过程中,要想能够在市场上立足,就必须不断提高自身的核心竞争力。现代社会,在企业提升核心竞争力的过程中起着决定性作用的就是企业文化的构建。只有不断创新企业文化,才能够不断提升企业核心竞争力。
With the continuous acceleration of the process of world economic integration, the economic development of all countries has been accelerating with the constant exchange and cooperation in economy and technology.
