职业教育是我国教育的重要组成部分。但由于职业教育的生源状况等原因,导致管理上的难度很大。班主任是学校管理的基本单位,本文拟从个人的班主任经历出发,探讨依“法”治班的策略。
Vocational education is an important part of our education. However, due to the source of vocational education and other reasons, resulting in a very difficult management. The class teacher is the basic unit of school management. This paper intends to start from the experience of individual class teacher to discuss the strategy of “class” according to “law ”.
