目的了解深圳市2010年男男性接触者(MSM)HIV-1耐药传播情况,监测2010年该地区MSM人群HIV毒株的流行情况。方法收集深圳市2010年专题调查的14例HIV-1抗体阳性的MSM血浆,提取病毒RNA,采用RT-PCR方法扩增pol区的基因片断,并对扩增片断进行序列测定和分析。结果 CRF01_AE亚型占45.39%(64/141),CRF07_BC亚型占39.71%(56/141),B亚型占14.89%(21/141)。3份出现NRTI耐药突变,突变的类型分别为:L210W,T215S,T215I;1份出现NNRTI耐药突变,突变的类型为:K103N,Y181C,P225H;无样本出现PI耐药突变,总体耐药突变率为2.8%。结论深圳地区MSM人群中耐药传播目前仍处于低度水平。感染株主要为CRF01_AE、CRF07_BC和B3种亚型,CRF01_AE仍是深圳市MSM人群中HIV主要流行亚型,CRF07_BC重组亚型在深圳市MSM人群中增长迅速。
Objective To understand the HIV-1 transmission of MSM in Shenzhen in 2010 and to monitor the prevalence of HIV strains in MSM in this area in 2010. Methods HIV-1 antibody-positive MSM plasma was collected from Shenzhen 2010 special subject survey. The viral RNA was extracted. The pol fragment was amplified by RT-PCR. The amplified fragment was sequenced and analyzed. Results The subtype of CRF01_AE accounted for 45.39% (64/141), the subtype of CRF07_BC accounted for 39.71% (56/141) and the subtype B accounted for 14.89% (21/141). 3 showed NRTI resistance mutations, the type of mutations were: L210W, T215S, T215I; 1 NNRTI resistance mutations, the type of mutation: K103N, Y181C, P225H; no sample PI resistance mutations, the overall resistance The mutation rate was 2.8%. Conclusion The transmission of drug-resistant MSM in Shenzhen is still at a low level. The infected strains were mainly CRF01_AE, CRF07_BC and B3 subtypes. CRF01_AE was still the main epidemic subtype of HIV in Shenzhen MSM population. The CRF07_BC recombinant subtype was rapidly increased in Shenzhen MSM population.
