2009年12月5日,俄罗斯中西部的彼尔姆市一家名为“瘸腿马”的夜总会因违规燃放烟花而发生火灾,截至12月11日已造成142人死亡,60多人受伤,伤者中仍有部分人生命垂危……火灾之初,主持人慢条斯理地宣布发生了火灾;在场人群几乎是恋恋不舍地离开。通道打开后火势骤然猛烈,人群顿时大乱,情绪失控,拥挤踩踏。回放火灾发生前几幅录像画面,生动说明,当时现场的人们不仅消防意识淡漠,对火灾的危害缺乏足够的认识,而且都不具备应对火灾的心理素质和逃生技巧。所以才导致了举世震惊的灾难的发生。于是一个严峻的问题摆在了我们的面前——在火灾之初学逃生。
