信息技术的高速发展,为市场带来了大量计算机领域的就业岗位,同时也淘汰了大量的旧产业和旧技能。中等职业学校作为直接面向就业的教育机构,只有把握这种发展和变化,并调整教学内容与手段,才能跟上时代的发展。本文作为课题的一个方面,以珠三角企业为样本,在充分调研的基础上,分析了计算机网络人才的区域性岗位需求,并给出了相应对策。
The rapid development of information technology has brought a large number of jobs in the computer field to the market and also eliminated a large amount of old industries and old skills. As a directly-oriented educational institution for secondary vocational schools, secondary vocational schools can keep up with the development of the times only by grasping such developments and changes and by adjusting teaching contents and means. As one aspect of the project, taking the enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as a sample, this paper analyzes the demand of regional jobs for computer network talents based on the full investigation and research, and gives corresponding countermeasures.
