秋日的广西北海,是绿的海洋花的原野。2000年11月7～11日中国商办工业杂志理事会第二届年会在这座美丽的海滨城市召开了。杂志理事会名誉理事长马李胜(中华全国供销合作总社副主任)、理事长罗梦传(中华全国供销合作总社科技教育与工业部正局级巡视员),副理事长卫祥云(国家国内贸易局消费品流通司副司长)、孙朝忠(武汉市商业委员会副主任)、唐道五(无锡布勒机械制造有限公司董事长)等理事会领导以及其他代表共40多人参加了会议。湖南省粮食局因故不能参会,特向会议发来了贺电。 会议由理事会副秘书长陈晓云同志主持。理事会秘书长、中国商办工业杂志社社长胡敏同志向会议作了题为《努力创新,精心运作,为商办工业企业提供更优秀的服务》的报告。报告围绕“适应形势变化,提升思维层次,跟上新世纪的发展步伐;顺应市场要求,发挥核心能力,为中国商办工业企业提供更优秀的服秀”这一主题,向理事会报告了中国商办工业杂志社一年来的工作情况,提出了明年工作的设想和安排。
