目的和方法:为了在肝组织中定位戊肝病毒基因,在2例经多聚酶链反应证实的HEV感染的病人肝切片中使用非同位素原位杂交技术(NISH)。这两个病人在重症肝衰表现前4周内到流行地方旅行过。二者均为女性,一个为6岁女孩,一个为伴孕25周的24岁的妇女。该妇女在发病第12天因脑水肿死亡,女孩在发病第10天进行了原位肝移植。该妇女在发病第三天由于胎儿宫内死亡,严重的败血症
PURPOSE AND METHODS: To locate the hepatitis E virus gene in liver tissue, non-isotopic in situ hybridization (NISH) was used in 2 HEV-infected liver sections confirmed by polymerase chain reaction. Both patients traveled to popular destinations within the first 4 weeks of severe liver failure. Both are women, one is a 6-year-old girl and a 24-year-old woman is 25 weeks pregnant. The woman died of hydrocephalus on day 12 and the girl underwent orthotopic liver transplantation on the tenth day of illness. The woman died of intrauterine fetal death and severe septicemia on the third day of illness
