目的 了解南海市南庄镇和小塘镇人群人体氟含量 ,作为制订防龋计划的依据和防龋项目评价的基线资料。方法 在两镇收集人群尿液 ,用氟离子选择电极测定尿液无机氟含量。结果 南庄尿样无机氟含量平均值为 :(1.38± 0 .90 )mg/L ;小塘尿样无机氟含量平均值为 :(0 .81± 0 .4 0 )mg/L。两镇人群尿样无机氟含量比较 ,经u检验差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 南海市南庄镇和小塘镇均未发现人群尿样无机氟含量异常现象。
Objective To understand the fluorine content of human body in Nanzhuang Town and Xiaotang Town, Nanhai City as the basis for formulating the anti-caries plan and the baseline data for the evaluation of anti-caries project. Methods The urine of the crowd was collected in the two towns and the urine fluoride was measured with fluoride ion selective electrode. Results The average content of inorganic fluorine in Nan Zhuang urine was (1.38 ± 0.90) mg / L. The average content of inorganic fluoride in Xiaotang urine was (0.81 ± 0.40) mg / L. Urine samples from two towns were compared for inorganic fluorine content, and the difference was significant (P <0.01) by u test. Conclusion Nanzhuang Nanzhuang Town and Xiaotang Town did not find the abnormal urine fluoride content in the crowd.
