性药是个比较模糊的概念,一般通俗地称为“壮阳药”、“性兴奋剂”、“强精药”,也有称为“春药”、“媚药”的。但严格地讲,应称作“提高性功能药物”。性药基本可分为两类:一是治疗性功能障碍的药物,如中药鹿茸、蛇床子、淫羊藿、海狗肾、阳起石、肉苁蓉、露蜂房等。二是用以加强性兴奋、刺激性活动、增加性反应的药物,如中药斑蝥制剂、阿朴吗啡、苯苄胺以及可卡因、大麻甚至海洛因等。此类药物多数毒副作用大,如斑蝥制剂
