金融消费者权益保护工作,不但关系到消费者的切身利益,而且关系到整个金融机构的稳定发展,有利于构建良好的金融生态环境,推动金融体系的稳定发展。但是,我国金融消费者权益保护工作尚不完善,侵犯金融消费者权益的事件时有发生,这就要求基层央行在金融消费者权益保护工作中充分发挥监管职责,切实保护好金融消费者的权益。本文探讨了金融消费者权益保护存在的主要问题,并从基层央行的角度提出了保护金融消费者权益的途径,指出基层央行要发挥好协调作用,强化监管职能,做好金融知识宣传工作,与其它部门共同保护好金融消费者的合法权益。
The protection of the rights and interests of financial consumers not only concerns the immediate interests of consumers, but also affects the steady development of the entire financial institution, helps to establish a sound financial ecological environment and promote the steady development of the financial system. This article explores the main problems existing in the protection of the rights and interests of financial consumers and puts forward the ways of protecting the rights and interests of financial consumers from the perspective of the grassroots central bank. It points out that grassroots central banks should play a good coordinating role, strengthen their regulatory functions, Other departments work together to protect the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers.
