采用氮素6水平4重复随机区组大田试验设计,研究鄂麦18氮素营养积累规律和产量变化。结果表明,随着施氮量的增加鄂麦18的子粒产量、干物质积累量、植株含氮量均增加,但当氮水平达到225kg.hm-2时再增加施氮量增产不显著;从苗期到成熟期,不同处理小麦植株含氮量逐渐下降,氮吸收积累量在齐穗开花期前呈逐渐增加趋势,成熟期出现下降,这可能与植株氮素挥发和淋溶损失有关。所以,在湖北省小麦种植区中等肥力条件下,鄂麦18适宜施氮量为225 kg.hm-2,单产可达6 948 kg.hm-2。
Nitrogen 6 level 4 repeated randomized block field trial design to study Emai 18 nitrogen nutrient accumulation and yield changes. The results showed that grain yield, dry matter accumulation and plant nitrogen content of Emai 18 increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. However, it was not significant to increase nitrogen application rate when nitrogen level reached 225 kg · hm-2. During the seedling to maturity stage, the nitrogen content of different treatment wheat plants decreased gradually, and nitrogen accumulation increased gradually before heading and flowering, and decreased in mature stage, which may be related to plant nitrogen volatilization and leaching loss. Therefore, under moderate fertility conditions in wheat growing areas in Hubei Province, the optimum nitrogen application rate for Emai 18 was 225 kg.hm-2 and the yield per plant was 6 948 kg.hm-2.
