报道了湘西北鄂西南地区下奥陶统生物礁及同期地层中的Nuiasiberica。比较了已有的标本与国内外学者关于Nuia藻的描述资料,发现其藻体外径与髓部直径的比值的变化,可能与该生物的演化有一定的关系:大体是自中元古代以来,藻体外径变化不大,但髓部直径却有逐渐变小的趋势,越先进的Nuia藻体,其外径和髓部直径比越大。此外,我们对其繁殖方式作了初步探讨,认为它可能采取出芽分裂的方式进行繁殖,生活于水体较动荡的热带浅海。Nuia是一种附礁生物。
The Lower Ordovician reefs and Nuiasiberica in the same period are reported in the southwest of Hubei Province. Comparing the existing specimens with those of domestic and foreign scholars on the description of Nuia algae, we found that the ratio of algae outside diameter to medullary diameter may have a certain relationship with the evolution of the organism: Generally, since the Mesoproterozoic, The change of outer diameter of algae was not significant, but the diameter of pith had a tendency to become smaller. The more advanced Nuia algae, the larger the ratio of outer diameter and pith diameter. In addition, we conducted a preliminary study on the mode of its reproduction, believing that it may reproduce in a sprouting way and live in the turbulent tropical shallow waters. Nuia is a reef creature.
