本文从电镀液温度实验曲线考虑到电镀液恒温自动控制装置的设计方案.介绍控制装置的电路原理方框图、各部份电子线路、误差分析与计算、消除干扰采取的措施、简述整机工作原理,最后通过事例对经济效益和社会效益的阐述,说明该控制装置具有一定的实用价值,适应电镀行业机械化、自动化发展的需要.可供从事这项工作的设计人员参考。
In this paper, we consider the design scheme of thermostatic automatic control device of electroplating bath from the experiment curve of electroplating bath temperature, introduce the block diagram of the circuit of the control device, the electronic circuit of each part, the error analysis and calculation, the measures taken to eliminate the interference, Finally, the exposition of economic benefits and social benefits through examples shows that the control device has a certain practical value to meet the needs of electroplating industry mechanization and automation development.For designers engaged in this work for reference.
