在晚清处于内忧外患的情况下,曾国藩曾在京任职期间对农村社会问题进行了详细具体的考察。他从自然灾害、国用不足、兵伍不精、银价太昂、盗贼猖狂、冤狱过多等方面分析了民间疾苦,进而提出了一些独到的见解和看法,这些措施在一定程度上缓和了社会矛盾。从京官曾国藩眼中的农村社会问题入手,就其关注农村社会问题原因、途径、认识及解决等方面进行探讨,以期使曾国藩这一人物形象更加丰满。
In the late Qing Dynasty in the internal and external circumstances, Zeng Guofan served in Beijing during his tenure on rural social issues in detail. He analyzed the civil suffering from the aspects of natural disasters, insufficient state power, poor military ranks, too expensive silver prices, thieves rampant, and unjust injustice, and then put forward some unique opinions and opinions. These measures have alleviated the society to a certain extent contradiction. This article starts with the rural social problems in the eyes of Zeng Guofan, and discusses the reasons, ways, understandings and solutions of rural social issues in order to make the image of Zeng Guofan more full.
