利用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 ( APAGE)对 9份波兰小麦和 2份新疆稻麦进行了醇溶蛋白分析。结果表明 ,( 1 )波兰小麦具有明显的醇溶蛋白多态性 ,9份材料具有 7种醇溶蛋白带型 ,电泳分离出的 2 7条带中 ,2 3条具有多态性 ;( 2 )供试波兰小麦间遗传距离在 0~ 0 .75之间 ,平均值为 0 .4 9,遗传变异较大。供试波兰小麦在遗传距离 0 .4 9水平上聚为 3类 ,其醇溶蛋白聚类与收集地关系不大 ;( 3 )新疆稻麦与波兰小麦的醇溶蛋白电泳图谱具有一定的相似性 ,新疆稻麦所分离出的醇溶蛋白谱带 ,绝大多数都可在波兰小麦醇溶蛋白图谱中找到 ,表明新疆稻麦与波兰小麦具有较近的亲缘关系。
Gliadin analysis was carried out on 9 polish wheat and 2 Xinjiang rice using acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (APAGE). The results showed that: (1) Polish gliadin polymorphism was evident in nine wheat cultivars with seven prolamin bands, and of the 27 bands isolated by electrophoresis, 23 were polymorphic; (2) ) The genetic distance between Polish wheat was between 0 and 0.75, with an average of 0.49, and the genetic variation was large. The results showed that Polish wheat clustered into three types at the genetic distance of 0.49 and the gliadin clustering did not have much relation with the collection site. (3) The prolamin electrophoresis patterns of Xinjiang wheat and Poland wheat were similar The majority of gliadin bands isolated from Xinjiang rice and wheat were found in Polish prolamin map, indicating that Xinjiang rice and wheat have a close genetic relationship.
