我厂是采用密闭鼓风炉—前床—转炉的炼铜工艺。由于精矿成分混杂,既有硫化矿,又有氧化矿,还伴有活性炭,使两台鼓风炉的床能率很低,平均只有27(吨/米~2·日)左右。加上管理水平差,两台炉子常出事故,需停风检修。由于是一个炉子一个前床,对每个前床来说,流过前床的熔体有限,热交换量就达不到技术要求,造成前床四周熔体凝结,空间变小;停风小修时,前床冻结现象就更严
