研究了不同焊后消除应力热处理(SR处理)温度和SR处理次数对JFE-HITEN610U2L钢及其焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明,在560～600℃温度范围内进行两次SR处理(每次保温2h)是可行的;经3次580℃×2h SR处理后,其-50℃冲击吸收功仍较多地高出技术要求值。
The effects of post-weld stress relief heat treatment (SR) temperature and SR treatment times on the mechanical properties of JFE-HITEN610U2L steel and its welded joints were studied. The results showed that it is feasible to carry out SR treatment twice (each holding for 2h) in the temperature range from 560 ℃ to 600 ℃. After 3 times of 580 ℃ × 2h SR treatment, the absorbed energy at -50 ℃ is still higher Technical requirements.
