患者 女,55岁。4个月前出现左侧腰痛,1个月后出现全程血尿,伴尿频、尿急、尿痛,量少,当地医院诊断为“肾结石”。我院门诊B型超声示左肾肿瘤,1992年7月收入我院。查体:左侧腰部膨隆,左肾区可触及8.0cm×7.0cm包块,质中等,表面不光滑,活动度尚可,压痛、叩击痛明显。尿红细胞(+++)。肾图示:左肾功能重度受损,右肾功能受损伴尿路欠通畅。膀胱镜示:左侧输尿管口有肿物膨出,膀胱内有血凝块。手术见左肾上极后外侧肿物已破溃。
Female patient, 55 years old. 4 months ago, left side of the back pain, 1 month after the emergence of hematuria, frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, a small amount of local hospital diagnosis of “kidney stones.” Our hospital outpatient B-ultrasound showed left kidney tumor, July 1992 income in our hospital. Physical examination: the left lumbar bulge, left kidney area can reach 8.0cm × 7.0cm mass, medium quality, the surface is not smooth, activity is acceptable, tenderness, percussion pain was obvious. Urine red blood cells (+++). Kidney diagram: Severe left renal dysfunction, impaired right renal function with unobstructed urinary tract. Cystoscopy: the left ureteral orifice swollen tumor, blood clots within the bladder. Surgery, see the left kidney on the outside after the tumor has ruptured.
