传动机的结构与检修 1 助力器的离合器 1.1拖动离合器 助力车的传动机只减速、不变速,没有换档时分离离合器的要求,但车辆常遇到需要停车而不停机的运转情况,曲轴上的主动齿轮不允许与曲轴固定联接,仍需装用拖动离合器。助力车的拖动离合器一般是无需操作的离心块式自动离合器。当曲轴转速低时,离心块在弹簧拉力作用下收拢,不与离合器盘接触,曲轴转动,与离合器盘相联的主动齿轮不转。当曲轴转速提高到离合器接合转速时,离心块克服弹簧拉力,与离合器盘接触,带动离合器盘旋转,车辆又进入行驶状态(见图4—1)。
