Uterine sarcoma is a highly malignant female genital tumor that accounts for 3% to 4% of uterine malignancies. We treated 28 patients with uterine sarcoma between 1984 and 1994. All of them were confirmed by pathology. Follow-up was conducted until January 1998. No patients were lost to follow-up.
