随着经济的发展对会计专业人才要求的新变化,以及国家对会计工作改革提出的新要求,传统的会计教学模式、方法必须进行改革,而教学改革需要一支适应经济发展与现代教学的高素质的会计专业教师队伍。文章通过对当前中职学校会计专业教师队伍存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出了新形势下优化中职会计专业教师队伍素质一些看法。
With the new changes in the demand for accounting professionals in the economic development and the new requirements put forward by the state in accounting reform, the traditional accounting teaching methods and methods must be reformed.
