吐鲁番加大控制性水库建设

近年来,新疆吐鲁番市加大山区控制性水库建设,于2011年相继开工建设4座水库:阿拉沟水库、二塘沟水库、煤窑沟水库、柯柯亚二库。这4座水库的建设对提高吐鲁番市水资源调配能力、防洪抗灾能力和改善生态环境等具有十分重要的意义。4座水库总投资12.57亿元,截至10月底,已累计完成投资11.5亿元,完成总投资的91.5%,其中阿拉沟、二塘沟、柯柯亚二库3座水库建设工程全面完成;煤窑沟水库坝体已填筑到967m高程,达到水库度汛要求。
