豚鼠至大鼠异位心脏移植是最常用的研究非协调性异种心脏移植排斥机制的实验动物模型[1]。本研究采用Cuff技术[2]及改良Cuff技术分别建立豚鼠至大鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型并进行比较,寻求更理想的小动物心脏移植模型。现将手术方法、改进及体会介绍如下。
Guinea pig to rat heterotopic heart transplantation is the most commonly used experimental animal model of non-coordinating xenograft rejection [1]. In this study, Cuff technique [2] and modified Cuff technique were used to establish the model of cervical heterotopic heart transplantation in guinea pigs and rats, respectively, and to find a more ideal heart transplantation model for small animals. Now the surgical methods, improvements and experience introduced below.
