目的了解大学生宿舍空气微生物污染状况,探讨影响大学生宿舍空气细菌总数的因素,为制订提高学生宿舍空气卫生质量的措施提供依据。方法采用自然沉降法对西藏大学新校区96间宿舍进行空气细菌总数监测。结果西藏大学学生宿舍空气中细菌总数总超标率为17.71%;下午大学生宿舍空气细菌总数944(553~1 573)cfu/m~3多于上午472(157~1 376)cfu/m~3;男生宿舍空气细菌总数超标率(27.08%)高于女生宿舍(8.33%);感官卫生状况良好的宿舍空气细菌总数超标率(3.45%)低于感官卫生状况较差者(38.89%),随感官卫生状况的改善空气细菌总数超标率降低(rs=0.314,P=0.002);摆放有绿色盆景的宿舍空气细菌总数超标率(6.25%)低于无绿色盆景的宿舍(23.44%);宿舍内存在异味时,宿舍空气微生物污染加重;不同楼层,大学生宿舍空气细菌总数超标率随楼层升高而降低(rs=-0.329,P=0.001)。结论大学生宿舍空气细菌总数超标率与居住者性别、楼层、时间、感官卫生状况、宿舍内是否有异味及是否摆放有绿色盆景有关,需采取综合防治措施,降低大学生宿舍空气中细菌总数。
Objective To understand the status of airborne microbial contamination in dormitories of college students and to explore the factors influencing the total number of airborne bacteria in dormitories of undergraduates so as to provide basis for making measures to improve the hygienic quality of dormitory air. Methods The total number of airborne bacteria in 96 dormitories of the new campus of Tibet University was monitored by natural sedimentation method. Results The total airborne bacteria exceeded the standard of 17.71% in the dormitory air of Tibet University. The total number of airborne bacteria in college dormitory in the afternoon was 944 (553-1 573) cfu / m ~ 3 more than 472 (157-1 376) cfu / m ~ 3 in the morning. The total number of airborne bacteria exceeded the standard (27.08%) in male dormitory was higher than that of female dormitory (8.33%). The total number of airborne bacteria in dormitory with good sensory health was lower than the low rate of sensory health (3.45%) (38.89%), Health conditions improved The total number of airborne bacteria exceeded the standard (rs = 0.314, P = 0.002); placed in a green bonsai airborne bacteria exceeded the standard (6.25%) lower than the green bonsai dormitory (23.44%); dormitory memory In the smell, dormitory air microbial contamination aggravated; different floors, college dormitory air bacteria exceeded the total number of floors decreased with floor height (rs = -0.329, P = 0.001). Conclusion The total number of airborne bacteria in college dormitory exceeded the criteria of sex, floor, time, sensory health, dormitory smell and whether there is a green bonsai placed on the need to take comprehensive prevention and control measures to reduce the total number of students in the dormitory air bacteria.
