目的:了解唐山市售蔬菜中农药残留情况,为确保蔬菜食用安全提供监管依据。方法:2008年在唐山市随机抽取蔬菜样品130份,按NY/T761-2004《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留检测方法》检测,依据GB2763-2005《食品中农药最大残留限量》进行评判。结果:所检130份蔬菜中,有机磷农药检出率5.4%,超标率0%;氨基甲酸酯农药检出率3.1%,超标率0%;拟除虫菊酯农药检出率11.5%,超标率1.5%;三氯杀螨醇未检出。结论:应加强农药使用管理,从源头禁止高毒农药的使用,销售环节加大监测力度,确保市民食用蔬菜的安全。
Objective: To understand the situation of pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Tangshan City, providing the basis for ensuring the safety of vegetables. Methods: In 2008, 130 samples of vegetables were randomly selected in Tangshan City. According to NY / T761-2004 “Multi-residue detection methods for organophosphorus, organochlorine, pyrethroid and carbamate pesticides in vegetables and fruits”, according to GB2763- 2005 “Maximum Pesticide Residues in Foods”. Results: Among the 130 vegetables tested, the detection rate of organophosphorus pesticide was 5.4% and the over-standard rate was 0%. The detection rate of carbamate pesticide was 3.1% and the over-standard rate was 0%. The detection rate of pyrethroid pesticide was over 11.5% Rate of 1.5%; dicofol undetected. Conclusion: The management of pesticide use should be strengthened. The use of highly toxic pesticides should be banned from the source. Monitoring should be stepped up in the sales process to ensure the safety of vegetables consumed by the public.
