没有热闹的庆典仪式,近日山东海阳至即墨跨海大桥正式通车。这座总投资5亿元的跨海大桥,实行“车辆免费通行”政策,也就是不收过桥费,成为国内为数不多的免费跨海大桥之一。我国收费公路之长、收费站之多以及乱收费之严重世人皆知。据统计,全世界收费公路14万公里,其中10万公里在中国。收费公路在给老百姓出行带来方便的同时,也增加了群众的出行成本,带来了沉重的经济压力。
