先天性无双下肢畸形罕见,特别是长大成人结婚妊娠更属罕见。我院最近遇到先天性无双下肢产妇,孕36周行剖宫取胎术,现报道如下。患者,女,28岁,孕2产1。8年前第一胎孕足月,在他县行剖宫取胎术娩出1女活婴。再婚后孕36周(第2胎)在家发作1天未生,于1984年1月13日来我院门诊,以“临产”收住院。体检:体温37℃,脉搏84次,呼吸20次,血压110/70。一般情况好,神志清楚,五官无畸形,两上肢发育正常,心肺正常,肝脾未触及,双下肢缺如(先天性),左侧有未发育痕迹(附图)。产科检
