Wróbel Z等[Synthesis,2007,(2):259]2-硝基-5-氟苯酚与2.5倍量的伯或仲烷胺在乙腈中回流1h,5例收率97%~99%。4-硝基-3-氯苯酚和2-硝基-5-氯苯酚与伯、仲烷胺较难反应,经强化反应条件,9例收率36%~95%。
Wróbel Z et al [Synthesis, 2007, (2): 259] 2-nitro-5-fluorophenol and 2.5 times the amount of primary or secondary alkylamine were refluxed in acetonitrile for 1 h. The yield of 5 was 97% -99%. 4-nitro-3-chlorophenol and 2-nitro-5-chlorophenol were more difficult to react with primary and secondary alkylamines. The yield of nine cases was 36% -95% after the intensive reaction conditions.
