效益包括社会效益和企业经济效益两个方面。 黄金企业经济效益通常用产品销售利润来衡量。企业利润是社会主义国家财政收入、资金积累的主要来源。提高企业的利润水平,国家就可以有更多的资金来发展社会主义经济,教育、文化、科学事业,满足人民群众日益增长的物质文化生活需要。企业可以有更多的资金用于扩大再生产,进行技术改造,举办职工集体福利事业,使职工物质文化生活也逐步得到改善。因此,提高经济效益是企业的中心工作。
Benefits include both social and economic benefits. The economic efficiency of gold enterprises is usually measured by the profit of product sales. Enterprise profit is the main source of fiscal revenue and capital accumulation in the socialist countries. Improve the level of profits of enterprises, the state can have more funds to develop the socialist economy, education, culture and science, to meet the people’s growing material and cultural needs. Enterprises can have more funds for expanding reproduction, carrying out technological transformation and holding collective welfare workforces so that the material and cultural life of workers and staff members will also be gradually improved.
