中越两国都是发展中的社会主义国家,国土相邻,经济贸易往来频繁,两国的合同法既有共同之处,也有各自特点。通过比较两国合同效力认定比较研究,有助于减少贸易纠纷,促进两国经济贸易的健康有序发展。
Both China and Vietnam are developing socialist countries with adjacent territories and frequent economic and trade exchanges. The contract law between the two countries has both common ground as well as their respective features. By comparing the validity of the contracts between the two countries, it is helpful to reduce trade disputes and promote the healthy and orderly development of economy and trade between the two countries.
