多年来,美国经济对外国资本存在严重依赖,长此以往,将严重影响美国及世界经济的稳定发展。要想在不降低福利水平条件下减少对外资的依赖,增加出口是美国的唯一选择。因此,美国应当通过重新审视自己的比较优势产品、创建生产和出口文化、增加对设备和技术投资等渠道增加出口,降低对外资的依赖。
Over the years, the U.S. economy has been heavily dependent on foreign capital. In the long run, it will seriously affect the steady economic development of the United States and the rest of the world. To reduce dependence on foreign investment without reducing the level of welfare, increasing exports is the only option for the United States. Therefore, the United States should increase its dependence on foreign investment by reexamining its comparative advantage products, creating a culture of production and exports, increasing exports to equipment and technology investments and other channels.
