本文作者是一位76岁的老人,家住吉林四平市,对“数”的研究有着浓厚的兴趣,经常与国家统计局有关领导、专家研究数及数据问题。还经常通过报刊、杂志、网络等渠道收集、整理“数”在不同历史时期、不同领域所起的重要作用。老人还经常给我们投稿,就如何办好专业期刊,提高数据普及宣传工作提出了很好的建议,他对数据的感情及有关见解值得统计人学习。
The author is a 76-year-old man who lives in Siping City, Jilin Province. He has a keen interest in the research of “numbers” and frequently talks about the numbers of leaders and experts with the National Bureau of Statistics. Often through newspapers, magazines, networks and other channels to collect, organize “number” in different historical periods, different areas played an important role. The elderly often give us submissions, put forward very good suggestions on how to run professional journals and improve data popularization and publicity work. His feelings about the data and the relevant statistics are worth learning by statisticians.
