本刊讯近日,国务院办公厅正式颁布了《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2014-2020年)》,这是在系统总结《九十年代中国食物结构改革与发展纲要》、《中国食物与营养发展纲要(2001-2010年)》实施情况基础上的深入与发展。新《纲要》是遵照中央更加关注民生与建设和谐社会的新要求、我国国民经济发展进入新的一轮增长期的新需要,以及在信息化、工业化、城镇化深入发展中同步推进农业现代化的新形势为依据制定的,对于如期完成小康社会建设
