目的 :探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的手术方式及临床疗效。方法 :2 3例、2 5眼采用德国Storz公司生产的 0°鼻内窥镜和美国生产的Phototome激光机 ,直视下行鼻腔泪囊造孔术 ,上下泪小点植入硬膜外麻醉用硅胶导管 ,留置于中鼻道 2～ 2 5个月。结果 :随访 2 2例、2 3眼 6个月～ 2年 ,泪道通畅 ,炎症消退。结论 :该术式具有创伤小 ,面部不遗留瘢痕 ,操作简便等特点。术后随访是提高手术成功率的重要措施
Objective: To investigate the surgical method and clinical curative effect of nasal lacrimal sac for endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis. Methods: Twenty-three patients (25 eyes) underwent nasal dacryocystorhinostomy with a 0 ° nasal endoscope manufactured by Storz Company of Germany and a Phototome laser machine manufactured in the United States. The upper and lower tear points were implanted in epidural anesthesia Silicone catheter, placed in the nasal passages 2 ~ 25 months. Results: Twenty-two patients were followed up, 23 eyes 6 months to 2 years, lacrimal duct patency, inflammation subsided. Conclusion: The procedure has the characteristics of less trauma, scarring on the face and simple operation. Postoperative follow-up is an important measure to improve the success rate of surgery
