告身制度是宋朝政府为加强君主专制而继承唐制的一项重要制度。告身作为政府任命官员的重要凭证,不仅记载官员的职事、品阶、俸禄,还包含政府任官制度的流程信息,从而为我们认清其背后的权力运作方式提供了绝好的途径。通过告身,我们还可以了解君主专制国家的行政效能。近期新发现的“徐谓礼文书”就为我们认识南宋中后期的行政效率问题提供了大量信息。本文即通过分析徐谓礼文书中的告身部分,对南宋政府公文处理效率作一管窥,试图以此来进一步认识南宋政府行政运作机制的特点。
Prison system is an important system of Song government to inherit the Tang system in order to strengthen monarchy. As an important voucher for the appointment of officials by the government, they not only record officials’ jobs, grades and salary, but also contain process information about the government’s official system. This provides an excellent way for us to recognize the power behind them. We can also understand the administrative effectiveness of the monarchy through the act of incarnation. The recently discovered “Xu said that the etiquette ” provides a lot of information for us to understand the administrative efficiency in the middle and late Southern Song Dynasty. This essay analyzes the characteristics of the administrative operation mechanism of the Southern Song government by analyzing the body part of Xu Xuanli ’s prose in order to make a glimpse of the efficiency of the Southern Song government’ s official document processing.
