目的:对产科新生儿护理记录单的应用效果进行观察分析，提高护士对新生儿疾病早期症状识别能力和产妇对产后健康教育的掌握程度，促进母婴健康。方法:选取本院产科分娩的600例产妇的临床资料，分为两组，各300例，对照组新生儿异常情况记录于产科护理记录单中，观察组应用产科新生儿护理记录单，观察比较两组产妇、护士对于记录书写的完整性及准确度。结果:观察组产妇对新生儿护理知识及技能的掌握程度、护士记录书写错漏处数、对新生儿疾病早期症状识别及观察指标的掌握情况均优于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:通过应用产科新生儿护理记录单，可以更好地掌握新生儿的病情变化及医疗护理活动的全过程，保障母婴健康
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the effect of obstetrics and neonatal nursing record sheets, to improve the ability of nurses to recognize early symptoms of newborn diseases and maternal mastery of postpartum health education, and to promote the health of mothers and children.
