2013年3月21日,俄罗斯最大原油生产商俄罗斯石油公司(Rosneft,以下简称“俄石油”)宣布完成了收购秋明英国石油公司(以下简称“TNK-BP”)100%股份的交易。至此,俄石油成为全球最大的石油上市公司,英国石油公司(简称“BP”)则成为其主要股东之一。由于该交易规模巨大,多家银团为俄石油提供了近300亿美元贷款,曾经在俄石油领域独树一帜的英国BP也就此由台前转向幕后,完成其对俄投资战略的转移。
On March 21, 2013, Russia’s largest crude oil producer Rosneft announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Tyumen BP (“TNK-BP”) transaction. At this point, the Russian oil to become the world’s largest oil company, the British Petroleum (“BP”) has become one of its major shareholders. Due to the large scale of the transaction, a number of syndicates provided nearly 30 billion U.S. dollars of loans to Russia’s oil. BP, once distinguished in Russia’s oil field, shifted from the front to the back and completed the transfer of its investment strategy toward Russia.
