民营中小企业存在融资困难,周转资金严重不足,财务管理制度不健全,财务管理人员的专业素质不高等问题。本文对此进行了原因分析,并站在政府和企业的角度提出了相应的策略。
Private small and medium-sized enterprises have problems such as financing difficulties, serious working capital shortage, imperfect financial management system and low professional quality of financial management staff. This article has carried on the reason analysis to this, and proposed the corresponding tactics from the angle of the government and the enterprise.
