如果房地产市场的游戏规则不改变,那么,在博弈中已经处于下方的购房人的力量便会更加薄弱,房价也会一路高涨下去。当价格上涨到引发市场的报复时,便由市场的力量摧毁一切,而政府或者说任何有远见的房地产链条中的角色都不希望这样的场面出现。因此,必须防患于未然。这也就像在赌场上,力量较强的人通过抽老干的方式赚了大部分人的钱时,这大部分人在觉醒后狠心“戒了赌”或者“砸了赌场”一样。
