针对抚钢新建均热炉煤气预热器损坏现象,采用数值模拟与实验相结合的方法,通过实例分析研究得出冷空气与烟气混合不均是导致预热器局部损坏的主要原因,通过优化兑冷风管道直径、高度和水平位置,提出比较理想的现场问题解决方案。
Aiming at the damage of the gas preheater in the newly built soaking furnace in Fushan, the numerical simulation and the experiment are combined. Through the example analysis and study, it is concluded that the uneven mixing of the cold air and the flue gas is the main reason for the local damage of the preheater. Optimize the cold air duct diameter, height and horizontal position, put forward the ideal solution to the problem at the scene.
