1 前言 多年来,一直采用进一步淬火,常化以及热机械轧制来生产具有高机械性能的厚板,今天,在轧制以后,或是进行快速冷却或是直接淬火的在线冷却越来越有利于钢板生产厂。 快速冷却的目的就是恰好在轧制以后阻止晶粒组织增大,而不需要添加象铌或钒这类微量合金元素,也不需要进一步常化。 采用直接淬火是为了生产高抗拉强度钢,通过相转变实现硬化,而不必进行离线淬火。 这些工艺的优点是:
