在中国预防医学科学院的组织和指导下,我们于1997年10~12月开展了电话和卡拉OK话筒的污染水平和检验方法的研究。结果表明该采样方法及检测方法能准确反映实际污染水平,具有可靠性,是一种值得推广的简便易行的方法。消毒后三类话筒细菌污染水平显著低于消毒之前(均为P<0.01);说明所采用的消毒方法能起到显著的消毒作用。结果还表明2%921消毒剂的消毒效果显著高于75%酒精这种常见的消毒剂,故值得推广使用。
With the organization and guidance of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, we conducted a study on the pollution levels and testing methods of telephone and karaoke microphones in October-December 1997. The results show that the sampling method and detection method can accurately reflect the actual level of pollution, with reliability, is a worthy promotion of simple and easy way. After disinfection, the levels of bacterial contamination of the three types of microphones were significantly lower than those before disinfection (both P <0.01), indicating that the disinfection method used could play a significant disinfection role.
