目的：探讨加强医院住院部药房的管理方法。方法结合我科人员、药品管理经验，归纳管理体会，对出现的问题提出有效解决方案。结果完善的药品领用、贮存、调配、发放、报损制度及落实好药师的工作职责是保证住院部药房工作顺利开展的前提。结论新管理方法可行，能有效提高住院部药房的管理。“,”Objective To investigate the methods of managing the inpatient pharmacy. Methods Effective scheme of solving the problem was obtained by inducing experience according to the pharmacists and the managerial experience of drug. Results The work of inpatient pharmacy was certifyed to carry out successful y on the premise of consummate system of using, storaging, mitting, destroying drug and fulfiling the duty of work. Conclusion The new methods are available and effective in managing the inpatient pharmacy.
